Step 4: What
What to do: Write down what you want to be held accountable for.
Be specific. Is it daily tasks? Weekly check-ins? Milestones?
For simplicity and focus, choose no more than 3 things. Be clear: what is the task you want to perform, or the goal you want to meet – and when do you want to achieve it by?
Write this down in your change journal, and send it to your accountability partner so they know what’s expected of them.
Remember that these can evolve as you go – your tasks and milestones will probably change as your change journey progresses.
