Sometimes a good, old-fashioned list of pros and cons can help you make a decision – in this case, your decision to make or adapt to a change.
Once you’ve made that decision, there are things you can do (and things you can think) to give yourself the best chance of making that change stick.
In this module, you’ll make that pros and cons list, look at your self-belief, and find out about playing to your strengths.
