WOOP!
This is where positivity meets practicality, and optimism meets realism.
Here, you’ll dream about the change you want to make, and make a plan to deal with obstacles you may encounter on the way. After all, ‘tis better to WOOP than to weep.
So grab your change journal, and get WOOPing.
Note:
This is a four-step exercise. Each step will be longer and require more thought than the last. Step 4 will require the most thought, but it’s also arguably the most important.
