Part 3: Character Strengths

Now that you know your character strengths, take some time to reflect on them.

What to do: In your change journal, write down some thoughts about your strengths.

For example:

  • What were your overall observations and impressions when you found out your character strengths?

  • Did the results surprise you? Why?

  • Did they delight you? Why?

Consider your top five character strengths.

  • For each one, make some notes on how you can use that strength to help you achieve the change you want to make.
