Step 1: Your change goal
The first step is the easy part.
What to do: write down the change you want to make.
Keep it high-level, simple and short – just a few words. For example: “I want to get fitter.” Or, “I want to spend more time with my kids.”
Write it big. Write it bold. Give it a whole page in your change journal. This is like the title page of a novel. If not the front cover.
