What to do: Agree on how you’ll meet and communicate.
It could be in person, or a virtual meeting, or it could be a phone call or text message.
You might want to mix it up – for example, a weekly face-to-face meeting, with text messages daily in between. Find what works best for you and answers your needs best. You can also change it up as you go – but don’t keep it so loose that you let things slide.
