Step 3: Obstacles
What to do: List all the possible obstacles you can think of.
What might make your wish difficult to achieve? What might stand in the way of it, or hold you back from it? There are likely to be several things, so list them all.
Some of the obstacles might be external circumstances. But pay special attention to the internal obstacles: what feelings might you encounter? What old habits will be hard to break? What will make it hard for you to get started or keep focused?
