What to do: In your change journal, write down some thoughts about and answer these questions:
Have you felt vulnerable at any stage of your change journey? How? What emotions and feelings did you have?
How much do you think you generally allow yourself to feel vulnerable, and to express your vulnerability?
What are your thoughts and feelings about vulnerability being a strength?
How do you think that allowing yourself to feel more vulnerable may help you, particularly when you’re trying – and struggling – to make an important change?
Do you think that embracing and expressing your vulnerability will help or hinder you in your current or future change journeys? Why?
How are you feeling about being (more) vulnerable in the future, especially when things aren’t going as well as you hoped they would?
