What to do: In your change journal, make some notes about the process of weighing the pros and cons of making a change.
What are the top two or three pros (or benefits) and cons (or costs)?
What is the most important reason you want to change?
Do you think the pros outweigh the cons? Why? Or why not?
Did the exercise make you think about anything you weren’t aware of before? What was that?
Now that you’ve weighed the pros and cons, do you feel more prepared for making the change? How?
Do you feel more inclined to change now, or less inclined? Why?
