What to do: On the adjacent page, make a list of things you’re doing, or not doing, instead.
These are things that are preventing you from making the change.
Maybe, instead of spending money on a gym membership, you buy more clothes than you need. Perhaps, instead of getting home at 6pm, you put your clients ahead of your kids.
Some tips:
Be honest with yourself. Nobody is judging you, and you shouldn’t judge yourself. This part of the exercise may raise some uncomfortable truths and feelings, but it’s a valuable and necessary part of the process.
Don’t think that you’ve suddenly found the problems and solutions and then rush out to DO stuff. This exercise is about awareness of actions, not taking actions.
